Our services.

Novex System provides web design and an integrated business growth platform (websites, hosting, booking, messaging, CRM, automation, and AI tools) to businesses under separate service agreements. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer; specific engagements are governed by their signed agreements.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms.

By opting in to text messages from Novex System LLC (via our website chat widget, forms, or other opt-in methods), you agree to the following:

• Program description: You will receive text messages related to your inquiry or application, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and — where you have expressly consented — promotional messages.
• Message frequency varies. You may receive several messages during an active conversation and fewer otherwise.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by one final message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Text HELP for assistance at any time, or contact us at piotr@novexsystem.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Your mobile information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Acceptable use.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information.

Intellectual property.

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Novex System LLC or its licensors. Client work shown remains subject to the respective clients' rights.

Disclaimers.

The website is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee completeness. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novex System LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes.

We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
