Novex System LLC ("Novex System," "we," "us") operates novexsystem.com and provides web design and marketing platform services to local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect.
When you submit a form, use our chat widget, book an appointment, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, phone number, email address, website URL, and any details you share about your business. We also collect standard technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies used for site functionality and analytics.
How we use it.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries and applications, provide and improve our services, schedule appointments, send service communications, and — only if you have expressly opted in — send text messages and promotional communications. We use trusted service providers (such as our platform and telecommunications providers) to process this information on our behalf; they may only use it to provide services to us.
Text messaging (SMS) privacy.
If you provide your phone number and opt in to text messages, we use it to send the communications described at the point of opt-in, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and — where you have consented — occasional promotional messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
Sharing.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, communications, scheduling, analytics), when required by law, or to protect our rights.
Retention.
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing piotr@novexsystem.com.
Cookies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
Children.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes.
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change and material updates will be noted on this page.
